Shipping Policies
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Total delivery time = processing + transit time + any courier delays.
UK Shipping Rate
We offer free shipping for orders over £35 within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- European Union: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Damages and Lost Packages
SLB Market is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
